Hall Training Systems is Oxford’s leading personal training service, based in several locations across the city and in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves on consistent and expert programming, the professional service we offer clients and the quality of our staff.

Hall/Senior Trainer Role

We are looking for an experienced personal trainer to join our team in a self-employed capacity. The position has an immediate start, and is a new location just outside Oxford. We are looking for somebody with the get-up-and-go to bring in new business, adopt our training principles and bring new strengths to our existing team. 

What we require from you:
  • REPs Level 3 or above
  • At least one year of personal training experience
  • A full UK driving licence

Junior Trainer Role

We have an opportunity for a newly qualified personal trainer to join our team on a self-employed basis. We are looking for somebody who would benefit from our support and unique mentoring scheme, who is passionate about their profession, willing to learn, and with fantastic people skills. We need somebody who understands that six weeks in PT school does not teach you everything you need to know, and somebody who wants to push for more. If this sounds like you, read on…
Your training with us would begin with a shadowing scheme, allowing you to learn from our senior trainers on the gym floor, and six weeks of personal training for yourself from a senior trainer. This would put you on the receiving end of the Hall Training Systems ethos, letting you see how we do things and the quality we expect from our trainers.
Once this initial phase is completed, as a junior trainer at Hall Training Systems, your main focus will be on coaching clients. To ensure our quality of service remains high, a senior trainer will take care of programming, and you will receive a one-on-one coaching session with your senior trainer each week to run through new programmes, talk about exercise technique and answer any questions. 
We will provide client leads, but there is an expectation that you act as a brand ambassador and source some of your own clients to bring into the Hall Training Systems fold. You will need to aim to build up to 15-20 sessions per week.

  • A First Aid qualification
  • A full UK driving licence
