Ruth's Transformation Story
"As any bride to-be will know, being able to feel confident and look good when all eyes will be on you was a big factor for me wanting to get back into shape for my big day, so choosing a trainer who could help me achieve that was extremely important to me.I started training with Chris 6 months before my wedding day with the aim of toning up and losing weight. Chris devised a bespoke programme for me and our weekly sessions supported this with Chris pushing me further each time. The training sessions were fun and varied and I think the focus on ensuring a split of weights and cardio is extremely important to developing muscle tone.
Chris also helped me with nutritional advice and also advised me on any supplements he felt would assist me. We all have stubborn areas and cravings but with a bit of help and support I was able to get through these.
Overall I lost 18 pounds, toned up, lost 7% of body fat and most importantly felt a million dollars on my wedding day!"
