About our wedding packages...

We have over eight years of experience in the personal training industry. Over that time, many of our clients have been brides or grooms-to-be looking to get in shape for their big day and honeymoon. We’ve seen over and over again the joy that planning a wedding can bring, but also the stress, so we’ve taken away the complication and designed simple but effective training and nutrition plans guaranteed to help you achieve your goals. 

Everybody wants to look their best on the big day. For some people that might mean a radical transformation, while for others it may mean building a bit of muscle tone or losing a dress size to fit in that perfect dress. We have packages to suit every goal and every budget. Whether you want three or more face-to-face personal training sessions in the gym each week, along with detailed weekly meal plans, or just some online guidance and nutritional advice, we have the option for you.

"As any bride to-be will know, being able to feel confident and look good when all eyes will be on you was a big factor for me wanting to get back into shape for my big day, so choosing a trainer who could help me achieve that was extremely important to me.

I started training with Chris 6 months before my wedding day with the aim of toning up and losing weight. Chris devised a bespoke programme for me and our weekly sessions supported this with Chris pushing me further each time. The training sessions were fun and varied and I think the focus on ensuring a split of weights and cardio is extremely important to developing muscle tone.

Chris also helped me with nutritional advice and also advised me on any supplements he felt would assist me. We all have stubborn areas and cravings but with a bit of help and support I was able to get through these.

Overall I lost 18 pounds, toned up, lost 7% of body fat and most importantly felt a million dollars on my wedding day!"

Daniel's Transformation Story - As featured in CoachMag

What made you decide it was time to lose some weight? To be honest, it was pure vanity. I just wanted to look perfect on my big day.

Did you ever play any sport when you were younger? No, not really. I’ve never been into sport.

What sacrifices did you have to make? No sweets, no bread and most of all, no ice cream. That was the hardest thing, because I love ice cream. I cut out all sugar and even fruit, and I switched to vegetables and higher-protein foods such as chicken, fish and red meat. Lots of it.

What exercises did you do and how often did you do them? I trained three times a week on a resistance programme, and once a week doing high-intensity interval training [HIIT]. It’s important to do enough so it makes a difference, but you don’t want to burn out.

How much weight did you lose? I lost a total of 15kg in just over three months, which I was really happy with.

Comprehensive Diet Advice

In our initial consultation we'll discuss your goals and work out exactly how to adapt your diet to get you there. We'll recommend daily intakes of protein, carbohydrates and fats, as well as suggesting any supplements we think may help. Your macronutrients will be adjusted every week depending on your progress to get you one step closer to your final goal!

Fully Bespoke Training Programmes

Our face-to-face coaching programmes are fully bespoke, and available for both brides and grooms. They begin with an initial consultation, in which your goals, timeline and time constraints are discussed. We then go away and develop a personalised training and nutrition programme for either eight or 12 weeks out from the big day.

Community Support Portal

We offer a private community support portal for all of our clients. This is an area where our trainers offer support and help as and when you require it. It's also a fantastic place where you can meet other like-minded people to share ideas, tips and recipes. Whatever you struggle with, our trainers and clients will be on-hand to lend a hand.
