I made the decision to try a new type of gym when I gained weight after reaching 50 yrs. I realised that conventional gyms were not inspiring or motivating me to get fitter or healthier.
I started of with a introductory rate for a month and I was hooked after the first session. I can honestly say that joining Hall training was the best decision I could have made for my health and well-being.
After 6 months I have lost 1 1/2 stone in weight and I feel so much fitter and stronger. I chose the 4-on-1 training sessions as it’s great to mix with other people and see how they are progressing. It really spurs you on. Every single session I have attended I have fully enjoyed.
The personal trainers are wonderful and everyone is so welcoming. You feel part of a team! Plus their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. You really are encouraged to do the best you can do. It’s so inspiring! The programmes are carefully worked out and constantly changing, so you never get bored. Each day a certain group of muscles are focused on so that you work on your whole body in a week. I was nervous about doing weight training at first but I feel very safe under the advice and scrutiny of the trainers. Even the cardio at the end is fun!
There are people of all ages, shapes and sizes at the studio and I have never felt out of place. It really has changed my life. I am doing things that I never thought I would be able to do and going to my training session is never a chore. Rather I look forward to it! It’s also great to hear about how well all of the other members are also doing.
This gym is unlike any other. For all the right reasons. You won’t regret joining.
