Here at Hall Training Systems we're not overly fond of the 12-week 'body blitz' transformation packages that you'll commonly find out there today. Instead, we believe in a much more practical and sustainable approach to getting results for our clients. A lot of the results you see here are extremely realistic and above all, sustainable.
Most of our clients will expect to see results like these based on training only two to three times per week along with an eating plan that fits around them and their lifestyle. We pride ourselves on educating our clients, providing them with the necessary tools and know-how to help them to sustain their results and lead a happy and healthy lifestyle well into their later years!
Although we're displaying a few of our clients' physical results, it's important to know we're not just a personal training service who help people to get in great shape. As trainers, we have a responsibility to promote a healthy lifestyle. This isn't determined by how many of our clients look like they could be a supermodel, but by how many of them become healthier by working with us. At the end of the day, the most important results our clients achieve are the health benefits that come from training and having a good diet, seeing improvements both physiologically - i.e. lowered cholesterol, reduced risk of diabetes or osteoporosis etc. and also psychologically - reduced levels of stress, better sleep, improvements in mood, etc.
Health and Fitness doesn't mean becoming a cover model, it means being in a better position to enjoy a long, healthy and happy life, and we promise never to forget this.
