Endurance & PerformanceTraining to get you race ready!

Getting you off to the right start!

Whether you’re new to endurance training, or a marathon veteran looking to improve performance, our personal trainers can help you. While endurance exercise is a crucial part of any endurance programme, strength and interval training are often overlooked. Our trainers will work with you on all of these areas, including your nutrition; preparing you completely to achieve your next goal and a personal best.

Strength training helps your muscles become stronger, creating a greater force output and a faster pace, while using energy more efficiently. Interval training, although it doesn’t take long at all compared to a triathlon or marathon, increases both aerobic and anaerobic capacity, improving the bodys energy systems meaning you’ll be fitter and faster by the time you take on your next challenge.

Claire's Testimonial - PBs all round!

"Despite being initially unconvinced about weight training I now enjoy it thanks to Becky for being really enthusiastic and motivating. Training with Becky just once a week has got me stronger, faster and recovering more quickly for swimming and cycling, and got me back to injury free running too. I saw results within just a few weeks and I am still seeing regular improvements in my times five months later. I've lots of great training and nutrition tips from both Chris and Becky too"

A word from our expert:

Lots of people who come to Hall Training want to achieve a 10k, or a marathon, but are struggling to achieve the fitness levels they want to. Often this is because they don’t put enough variety in their programme, and spend their time running as far as they can rather than worrying about conditioning their body. It’s amazing the difference a proper strength programme and nutrition can make. Even if it feels like you’re not covering the miles, you’ll be preparing your body in the best possible way.
