Trying to find the perfect personal trainer for your specific needs can be confusing. With so many personal trainers out there already and over 40,000 trainers cropping up each year, sorting the wheat from the chaff can be a difficult. This is why we moved away from being a conventional personal training service and founded Hall Training Systems.

We offer a personal training service like no other in Oxford. With our hand picked and specially developed trainers, we pride ourselves on our dedication to learning new scientific theories about training, and constantly developing our knowledge around weight loss. This ensures we always get the best results possible for our clients. We're one of the few personal training companies that doesn't pretend to know everything there is to know within the health and fitness industry. After all, the industry is so huge that anyone who does claim to know it all is probably fibbing or offering a diluted service. Instead, we make it a priority of ours to research and use the latest information in the following fields:

How We Work

Training and programme design is both an art and a science. Having the knowledge, experience and know-how to design a training programme that can generate good results is one thing but, being able to design a programme that harvests great results; well, that's something else entirely! Here at Hall Training Systems we put time and effort into each and every client. Our training really is personal, with programmes written specifically for you and never recycled. Your journey begins with a personal one-to-one assessment to help us gather the information required to develop a programme that will help you achieve your specific goals.
