How Our Sessions Work

We know what it's like living on a student budget and trying to fit high-impact workouts around a busy schedule, so we've developed bootcamp-style personal training sessions to help you get maximum results for minimal prices.

Our student packages allow you to split the cost of training with a friend, and are structured improve overall health and fitness, while focusing on burning body fat, increasing muscle tone and improving cardiovascular fitness. Whether you're on a sports team or new to the gym, we'll design a programme that suits you.

To acheive maximum results, our sessions are split into three phases:

Mobility & FlexibilityPhase 1: focuses on stretching and mobility to help improve range of motion and flexibility, getting your muscles prepared for the hard work coming!

Strength & Muscle TonePhase 2: uses weights and body weight movements to build strength and develop muscle tone. We'll work the whole body, with emphasis on legs, arms and abs.

Fat Loss & CV FitnessPhase 3: saving the best until last! We'll use high intensity interval training to target stubborn body fat and reveal the lean muscle underneath, as well as working on cardiovascular fitness to improve sprint power and long distance performance.

Tracking your progress

We use one of the latest pieces of kit to help monitor and measure your progress. This non-evasive device measures both body fat percentage and muscle quality to track when you’re losing fat and gaining muscle.
It's also been scientifically proven to be 5x more accurate than your regular household BIA scales and, within 1-2% of the gold standard underwater weighing.

Who are these packages available to?All undergraduate students at Oxford University and Oxford Brookes.
How much does it cost?Our student prices are heavily discounted from our normal rates, and depend on the package chosen, but you can expect at 45% saving on our individual training prices.
How many spaces per session?There's a maximum of two people to a session. This ensures everyone gets personal guidance, and has quality contact time with the trainer, but that the bootcamp atmosphere still allows for motivation and teamwork.
How long do the sessions last?Sessions are an hour long, and available all year round.
What kind of fitness level do I need?The sessions can be tailored to suit all fitness levels, as different progressions of exercises will be given depending on experience and capability. It doesn't even matter if you're not as fit as your friend!
