The personal trainers are knowledgeable, personable and supportive. Their attention to detail in and out of sessions is exceptional and I honestly believe they are the best team of people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The level of effort in everything they provide is outstanding.

Nicky HaywardI made the decision to try a new type of gym when I gained weight after reaching 50 yrs. I realised that conventional gyms were not inspiring or motivating me to get fitter or healthier.
I started of with a introductory rate for a month and I was hooked after the first session. I can honestly say that joining Hall training was the best decision I could have made for my health and well-being.
After 6 months I have lost 1 1/2 stone in weight and I feel so much fitter and stronger. I chose the 4-on-1 training sessions as it’s great to mix with other people and see how they are progressing. It really spurs you on. Every single session I have attended I have fully enjoyed.
The personal trainers are wonderful and everyone is so welcoming. You feel part of a team! Plus their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. You really are encouraged to do the best you can do. It’s so inspiring! The programmes are carefully worked out and constantly changing, so you never get bored. Each day a certain group of muscles are focused on so that you work on your whole body in a week. I was nervous about doing weight training at first but I feel very safe under the advice and scrutiny of the trainers. Even the cardio at the end is fun!
There are people of all ages, shapes and sizes at the studio and I have never felt out of place. It really has changed my life. I am doing things that I never thought I would be able to do and going to my training session is never a chore. Rather I look forward to it! It’s also great to hear about how well all of the other members are also doing.
This gym is unlike any other. For all the right reasons. You won’t regret joining.

Alexandria NobleGreat gym and fantastic trainers! Stumbled upon this place (whilst pregnant) and was really nervous to get back into a regular fitness routine. The trainers were super friendly and really accommodating. The classes are adaptable, whilst challenging and I really enjoy going. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve never been a gym goer and everyone from the staff to the fellow members have been so welcoming, I’ve never felt intimidated. A great atmosphere where you can have a laugh whilst pushing yourself. I’m seeing good results and will definitely be continuing post the six weeks!

Members were welcoming and friendly too which makes such a difference. The sessions made a real difference to my fitness and I was certainly more toned, this all helps your mental health and makes you feel better.

Amy B.As someone who really did not want to join a gym, I can honestly say this has been the best decision I’ve made. 12 weeks ago I was a complete novice when it came to weights/strength training but the PTs have been very patient with me and I’ve never felt silly for not knowing what I’m doing! It’s been a great confidence boost and I can see and feel the results of my hard work and consistency, something I’ve historically always been rubbish with. As a mum of young children I value the chance to focus on me and my health. The team are awesome; there’s never a dull moment!!!
