Getting started in the gym can be intimidating, and for one reason or another, some of our members prefer to train with a female personal trainer. We’ve hand-selected the best in the area, and they're based in locations across Oxford.
Our female personal trainers work with anyone and everyone, whatever their goals. If you’re looking for a friendly, relaxed introduction to the gym, they’ll be there. Whatever you’re looking for, whether it’s weight loss, improving your general fitness or wanting to become stronger, they will make sure you reach your goals and guide you every step of the way.
