The team are incredibly knowledgeable and between them, have all the expertise to provide a really positive experience tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Training at the gym in a small group is great - but what has been really impressive is how the team have translated their gym training programmes into a really effective home training sessions. The workouts feel as effective as in the gym, are varied week to week and the trainers keep an eye on technique and fine tune as needed. My membership provides great value, and is really helping me keep a routine and stay motivated during lockdown. It will be great to get back in the gym, but in the meantime being part of Hall Training is a real boost for both mental and physical health.

Kiran A.In the last couple of years I was fed up with paying extortionate gym fees and not being able to consistently go to the gym. I tried trainers within the gym that added on top of their membership fees and found it to be both expensive and inconsistent in results.
Then I discovered Hall Training and figured I'd give it a try with their very reasonable 'taster program': allowing you to try different training size groups and open gym sessions for a month trial.
What I discovered was so much more!! Chris, George, Becky, George and Sabrina are all brilliant trainers and you can quickly start on their tailored gym programs. Personally, I have been able to find a good routine that fits around my busy work/family life. Each session is with one of the trainers and either 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or 4-on-1 as a group. And to boot - the cost is less than my previous gym membership and trainer. For me I see this as a preventative cure to getting myself back into a healthy state. In the last 6 months I have lost 6 kgs, dropped one size down on my clothes, feel stronger and healthier than ever before. Hall training has changed my life and their trainer/gym service is not only unique and very well organised, but also run by a very motivated and friendly team.

I joined over a year ago with no gym experience, and Immediately became comfortable, enjoying sessions right away. They are genuinely the highlight of my day.
The personal trainers are knowledgeable, personable and supportive. Their attention to detail in and out of sessions is exceptional and I honestly believe they are the best team of people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The level of effort in everything they provide is outstanding.

I started of with a introductory rate for a month and I was hooked after the first session. I can honestly say that joining Hall training was the best decision I could have made for my health and well-being.
After 6 months I have lost 1 1/2 stone in weight and I feel so much fitter and stronger. I chose the 4-on-1 training sessions as it’s great to mix with other people and see how they are progressing. It really spurs you on. Every single session I have attended I have fully enjoyed.
The personal trainers are wonderful and everyone is so welcoming. You feel part of a team! Plus their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. You really are encouraged to do the best you can do. It’s so inspiring! The programmes are carefully worked out and constantly changing, so you never get bored. Each day a certain group of muscles are focused on so that you work on your whole body in a week. I was nervous about doing weight training at first but I feel very safe under the advice and scrutiny of the trainers. Even the cardio at the end is fun!
There are people of all ages, shapes and sizes at the studio and I have never felt out of place. It really has changed my life. I am doing things that I never thought I would be able to do and going to my training session is never a chore. Rather I look forward to it! It’s also great to hear about how well all of the other members are also doing.
This gym is unlike any other. For all the right reasons. You won’t regret joining.
